Managing your hosting account with cPanel

If you have purchased a hosting service from us you will receive an e-mail with the subject "New Account Information".

This e-mail contains your username and password for your hosting service. The hosting packages are managed using the cPanel control panel and have their own logins, separate from our main website's client area.

You can access your cPanel using the IP address in the e-mail sent to you or using yourdomain/cpanel (e.g. if your domain is example.com then you can use example.com/cpanel). However please note that for new domain registrations you may need to wait up to 24 hours for the domain to fully propagate for you to be able to access this way.

On your cPanel you can manage your website's files, databases, e-mail accounts, subdomains, addon domains and parked domains, your DNS Zone file and several other hosting-related functionality.

Your cPanel username and password are also your FTP username and password should you wish to upload files to your website using an FTP client. You can use your domain name or the IP in the e-mail sent to you as the hostname for this.
